Trying to eat healthy in the summer is a challenge, particularly when it comes to ice cream. However Nanashake at Yonge and Sheppard definitely fills that void. I had the banana/strawberry milkshake with coconut whipped cream. It was delicious, … More nutritious (everything is vegan) and squashed that ice cream craving I had been carrying. I also grabbed a couple of their Nanapops (raspberry and peanut butter and chocolate) for later and they did not disappoint. Yes Nanashake is all about the banana, but their variety of flavour combos makes it a dessert place worth revisiting.

Nanashake is truly amazing! Not only do their frozen treats taste amazing but they are high quality and made from healthy, whole food ingredients. Great alternative to ice cream especially when you're craving sweets! Also love that … More everything is gluten free and dairy free which makes dealing with food sensitivities a breeze! The staff is so friendly and passionate about their products and always give 110% customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone!My favourites include the Strawberry Sunshine soft serve, Cookie Dough Nanapops, and all of the Nanabowls!

I never thought a banana based desert that was gluten, dairy and nut free could taste this good. And all the options for toppings and flavors just make the only downside is not knowing which flavor to pick because there are SO MANY CHOICES!!!! But nothing that an extra trip to the store can't resolve! Try this place.. you will get hooked for the first bite. -
